If you’re using FAQ “Frequently Asked Questions”, include your banner ad on top of your FAQ site. You could also include a subscription form for your free e-zine on the site as well.

Sometimes you come across those business questions that just have you stumped or slow down your progress. Personally, this has happened to me, especially when I was just starting my online marketing business. Within this article I’m going to answer one question I had about teleseminars, hoping to help you with your business success.

Let’s start with the question:

Have you ever had any luck charging money for a teleseminar? Would it be better to just have free calls and then try and sell from there?

It is good to mix things up sometimes, free calls are great, but you can also charge for them as well. There are a few things I want you to think about.

With the free call, you are going to get more people but they are less qualified. This means if you are looking to sell a product or service, they are not as good of a prospect as somebody who has paid for that particular call.

You can take a variety of stances on this situation. One method that I like doing is holding a free call, but giving people the opportunity to purchase the mp3 and transcripts right away as an up sell. The transcripts and mp3s aren’t given away because by selling them I am establishing a sense of value on those products. Often times I will put together a registration offer, something that will grab their attention right after they have registered. It may say something to the effect of, “Congratulations on your registration. Since you have just registered, there is a special offer available to you which includes getting the mp3 and transcripts for $10, would you like to take advantage of that?”

In a nut shell that is my up sell process. They have the opportunity to purchase the mp3 and transcripts for $10 and I let them know that after the call they will be sold for $47, or whatever price you want to sell them for. For them, it is a great deal to begin with and will save them a lot of money by buying it right away. For me, it gives me the opportunity to gather people for a more qualified list.

By doing this, I am able to address both markets at the same time. For the freebie seekers they are able to receive valuable content for free by joining me on the call. The kicker is that they have to make the point of being there on the call in order to listen to the content or they will miss it.

Then I am also building a sub list of more qualified people who are willing to take their credit card out of their wallet and invest in the materials that I have even though it is only $10. I do that for a reason because I do not want it make a huge hurdle. I want to capture those people right away just so that I have identified who they are and at the same time I have established value for the mp3 and the transcripts. I am training people to know that the mp3 and the transcripts are something of value that they need to pay for. It is not free.

Giving everything away for free is not something I like to do because your whole back end sales won’t be helped by doing that. Qualifying people and establishing value is another goal of mine and this method as worked well for me to do both. By providing the actual call for free you will still get those people who are looking for freebies and be able to show them how much valuable your information can be. You also will be able to secure those qualified people who purchase the mp3 and transcripts during the up sell process. Offer them a deal at the time of registration for a much lower price, like $10. Also make sure you let them know that after the call that price will be increase dramatically to $47, $97, whatever price you decide upon.

By separating the two groups, freebies and qualified prospects, you can create two different sub lists. The people who have invested in the material have already expressed an interest in your products and you can then follow up a lot harder with them on future promotions.

Doing a teleseminar you have the opportunity to both charge for the call and give it away for free and get qualified buyers another way. Think about what you want to accomplish for the call and the type of market you might have if you are charging for it.

Sometimes you come across those business questions that just have you stumped or slow down your progress. Personally, this has happened to me, especially when I was just starting my online marketing business. Within this article I’m going to answer two of the questions I had about creating products, hoping to help you with your business success.

Here is the first question:

If I am going to be doing a product launch that involves monthly send outs and teleseminar, how much lead time should I allow and how much of the product should I have finished before it is launched?

Product creation will always take longer then you expect, so make sure you try and give yourself as much lead time as possible.

For example, if it is a 12 month course, I would give yourself at least a three to four month buffer and then I would stay ahead three to four months throughout the entire course. I think that way that is a real safe zone.

Unfortunately, that is the reality of creating products, there will be hiccups along the way sometimes. It is better to be ahead of the game then to get caught up with problems that sometimes arise with packaging and delivery.

You have to make sure you give yourself a buffer zone so you will be able to get the product created as quick as possible. To just get the product completed and staying ahead should be your number one focus and keeping that buffer zone will help you do just that.

Here’s the second question:

What are some quick way to create and sell a product?

Firstly, you don’t have to be an expert to create a product quickly. Secondly, there are a number of ways to do this. Teleseminar series are a very easy and fast way to create products, especially if you sell the series as well. Recently, I have started several different courses and am doing them as a teleseminar series. Once I have completed each call I turn them into products. Basically, I have created brand new material in the teleseminars, as soon as they were finished I had them transcribed, built a course from that, and now have multiple products.

This is very easy to do and you can do the same thing. Map out what kind of content you want to teach and put it into a modular format. I use this format a lot because it makes it very easy to create content. Pick major topics for individual modules, then within that you can cover all the strategies and methods within that topic. This allows you to crank out content very easily and quickly because you don’t have to have the material prepared ahead of time, just use the teleseminar calls to create the content.

A new idea in advertising has burst onto the scene of Internet marketing with the appearance of Pay Per Click advertising. The search engines have finally managed to find a way to make a profit with online marketing. Let me explain how this can be done.

Now let us think about the old way of advertising. You would pay money down to a company who would place your ad. The company showing your ad would be paid according to the length of time you wanted to run it. The exposure you get is nothing to do with what you pay the company.

It could be shown in a variety of different places; newspaper, TV, radio and online, on a website page. Somebody decided that there could be a far better way to advertise online. It is true that not all Internet marketing methods give the same exposure; some methods give a lot of views, others less. For instance a website with heavy traffic will give your ad a great deal of exposure, so why not develop a system that pays the website host and advertiser?

If you raised prices for the advertiser you would risk losing customers. In fact it could also be detrimental to the credibility of your business. Customers and sales would be lost and your competitors will start to get the edge on you.

Business might not pick up and your site’s reputation would suffer. Enter the idea of pay per click advertising. The advertiser writes a small ad based on a good performing keyword. Then they submit it to the search engines, the ad will come up when its keyword is searched for. Every time a searcher clicks through on the ad the advertiser will pay a small fee to the search engine. This means both advertisers and host make money.

When the search engines saw the potential of this idea they decided to develop it. To get better placements, advertisers were invited to bid higher. The advertiser with the highest bid won the best placement, this gave their ads better exposure. Both search engines and advertisers increased their profits.

Apart from Google and Google Adwords there are other pay per click engines. Many people tend to ignore this fact. Some better alternatives are; Microsoft Adcenter, Yahoo Search and Search Feed. If you want to make a profit with pay per click advertising you will need to explore these other options.

Multiple methods of drawing traffic to your site will help you to develop your business. When you use different pay per click options you can increase your sales and skyrocket your business.

All over the Internet, marketers are singing the praises of Adwords. They hold out assurances that they can help budding entrepreneurs to make 100’s of dollars working only 3-4 hours a day. Truly the lazy man’s way of making money! But hold on did we mention lazy? Perhaps there is some truth in this. The actual fact is that Adwords has great tutorials making it easy to use. If the real truth were known, all those “would be entrepreneurs” who paid their hard earned money to the “experts,” could have got all this information for free from these tutorials on the site.

Here are 3 ways to make a successful Adwords campaign:

1. Keywords will be your first concern. In reality this will be critical to Adwords campaign success. In fact without good keywords your campaign cannot be productive. A fine mix of targeted keywords to bring in sales, and broad based ones to draw traffic is required.

Search engines will not give you any sympathy, you will be paying for clicks regardless of how well they may or may not be performing. Bear in mind that an ad based around a popular keyword can bring a lot of traffic but few if any sales. This is fairly common as the vast majority of marketers will just go to the search engine database and dig out popular keywords, and disregard the fact that these keywords are not targeted to their special market.

Keywords are not easy to find and select, but Adwords has the answer to your problems. They have many tutorials and resources to assist you in your search for the perfect keywords. You can find some of the finest resources around when you go to www.adwords.google.com

2. Your bid must get you a high position in the search engines. This is because the average searchers, like most of us are looking for instant gratification. Because of this they will only look at the first 5-10 pages of the search results and then try a new keyword.

This is the reason that it is critical for you to make sure your ad is shown in the first 5-10 pages. This is because search engines do not position ads according to “first come first serve.” Instead the ad with the highest bid will get the highest position. You will need to carefully budget ads so that you never run out of money. It is pointless spending money on premier positions and not having enough money to sustain your ad position. Search engines protect their customers from incurring losses by allowing caps to be put on ads. Of course if you go beyond this cap your ad will be pulled.

3. It is very important to follow up with your campaign. There is risk involved with every ad and nobody knows its worth until it has been proven on the open market. It is imperative that advertisers pay attention to every detail of their campaign, so that they can make quick changes to avert disaster further down the road.

Now you know! Without having to pay $54.99 to the “experts” you have all the points you need for a successful AdWords campaign. Now the responsibility of using this knowledge is in your hands.

Some more advanced providers will provide a larger selection of tools and services to customers including the ability to manage email accounts and to utilize script installation tools.

Web Hosting Features:

Be aware of your budget, how much you need for storage and how much bandwidth your site is liable to use. Think about other things like if you offer shopping facilities, can you cater for your customers? Having a Secure Sockets layer encryption will enable this as will offering a shopping cart to your customers. Many people have web sites to encourage discussion and they have forums or boards on their site. To properly run one of these applications like CGI scripting, Perl or PHP can be really useful. Many people find database requirements to be really useful for running their site and this means packages like MySQL, Postgre SQL or Miscrosoft SQL server can be a great addition to your site. With so many applications available, it would be easy to have them all. However, they all cost money so only buy what you need. To do this best, try and gauge how much bandwidth you’ll require, learn what storage you’ll need and do you really need items like spam protection or site construction tools.

You need to have a web host firm you can trust to ensure that if anything goes wrong, they will be able to fix it and help you recover from any breakdowns. The following are a list of Do’s and Do Nots you should be aware of when trying to select a host company.

What you Must Do:

Do a thorough research: Search in the Internet about the various web hosting companies and make a list that provides all the features you require. Make a comparative study and check which one is providing the best deal. You can also utilize the online forums and speak with other webmasters about their opinion. Once you decide on a particular web hosting company, spend some time reading the opinions of others about the company. Examine the reviews and look into the history and achievement of the company. Consider certain factors such as the data center they are located at, the number of customers they have, the number of employees proving support as well as consider the time period since they have been in this business. If possible also speak to one of their existing client to get a better picture about their services.

List what you will need: You need to know what features your site will require, such as bandwidth or how much storage space you need. Everyone wants more bandwidth but do you need it all? Why pay for bandwidth that you will never use, this is a waste of money. If it is likely you will use many features on your site, try and find a host that offers leeway. This will minimize the chance of you being given a large bill for excessive use.

Do have a good back up plan: It is wise to plan a back up support in advance to deal with any kind of system breakdowns or other related problems. You can not always rely on your web hosting company to keep backups of your sites, as most of them don’t. However, in certain cases the new companies do keep the backups. Keeping good back ups ensure that you will suffer less amount of data loss and downtime if you ever do have problems with your host and plan to move somewhere else.

Do check for contact support: Before deciding on a particular web hosting company, contact the potential company and ask them a few simple queries about their service, expertise and experience. Look out how promptly as well as the way they provide you the answers. The main objective of this is to estimate their response time as well as the quality of their reply.

The Don’ts:

Have more options other than cost: You should never make your web host choice all about price. If you do this you run the risk of having a very poor service. If you need quality then be prepared to pay for it. A starting point for working out a good cost would be around half a cent for a gigabyte of bandwidth. If you would like a better quality bandwidth for your site then you should be willing to pay a price around four times higher.

Pass up the option to have a free web host: Being taken seriously is vital for a firm so make sure you are by ignoring the free web host service. Free web hosting comes at a price and this advertising being placed on your site. Customers do not appreciate these adverts and they will think less of your site for having these advertisements. It has also been found that some computers are damaged by these adverts popping up on screen. This gives customers another reason to dislike them and sites that use them. You need to build a good reputation and these advertisements will not help. Would you give a site your credit card details if it looked cheap and insecure? No and that’s why your customers wouldn’t do it on your website. This is a key reason why it is best to work with a reputable provider.

Do not trust customer testimonials blindly: It is advisable not to trust the customer testimonials published at the site of your potential web hosting company. Most of them are self created or just a part of the whole story, thereby better not be taken at face value. Instead, you can read the reviews or better go to the various online web hosting forums and speak to the webmasters, who have been using or have earlier used the services of the same company. This will give you better and authentic information about the company’s services. However, if the web hosting company lists contact information as well as the web site of the testimonials listed then they may be reliable.

Avoid looking for free domain incorporated with web hosting: Most of people have a tendency to go for web hosting companies that offer free domain along with its hosting plans. But it is always better to keep the domain separate from the hosting company. Purchasing hosting plan along with free domain is fine as long as the domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. However, in most of the cases, such companies register the domain to their name and just let you to borrow it. Hence, there always remains the risk that they might hold the domain as hostage if in case you decide to move to a different web hosting company.

The competition in the world of MLM’s is getting tougher each year as more people are drawn to the flexibility, freedom, and financial rewards that come from being their own boss. To set themselves apart from their competitors, high level business owners are looking toward innovative marketing solutions. The emphasis is on effectiveness rather than cost, since anyone who has been successful with an MLM will tell you-the payoff for securing your target market is enormous. Some MLM owners have recently discovered Voice Broadcasting or Voice Blasting as a way to gain a bigger share of their market.

Thousands of small businesses around the world have caught on to the innovative software which provides them with a system of generating highly targeted leads. Say goodbye to the days of cold calling for hours with no success. iBuzzPro gives you a steady stream laser-targeted and pre-qualified prospects.

One of the most cost-effective and useful ways to take advantage of voice broadcasting is through the use of iBuzzPro, a software solution that provides you with targeted lead lists. These lists contain the names and contact information of people who you are sure have demonstrated an interest in your product or service.

To utilize the voice blasting services, home-based businesses often had to worry about excessive fees and charges. Not only was the service itself expensive, but there were also additional connection fees, per-minute charges and fees associated with the national DNC (do not call) list

Realize this, IBuzzPro not only gives the home business owner and sales professional lead lists to avoid random cold calls, but the voice broadcasting software also finds ways to significantly reduce those fees,. When you analyze the charges, it’s only about one-third the cost of a conventional bulk phone blasting campaign. Another benefit to IBuzzPro is that it doesn’t charge you for phone calls that don’t connect and doesn’t bill you more to brush against the national Do-Not-Call lists.

iBuzzPro is priced very sensibly, especially for a home-based business. The software costs an initial $500 along with a $50 set-up fee. After that there is only a $28 per month charge to keep the service going. The setup is simple and there are several excellent resources such as on-demand webinars and tutorials. You will be walked through the steps of creating a voice recording, uploading your contacts and scheduling the calls.

In my opinion, iBuzzPro is one of the best overall marketing options for a small business. The targeted leads and wide broadcast makes it an extremely beneficial alternative to traditional voice broadcasting, or other kinds of marketing campaigns. In fact, the quality of the service and the value it brings to the company using it makes it a viable option for larger, established businesses as well.

Affordable voice broadcasting coupled with highly focused leads can generate an enormous response. The initial cost of iBuzzPro is reasonable enough for small businesses to afford, but with results that will make you a force to be reckoned with in your market.

Creating a blog can be the best thing you do for your website or business. First it can create traffic for you very quickly, and in many cases can create a nice income for you too. Its just a matter of learning how to become a successful blogger.

Blogs are popular and are becoming even more popular, so if you haven’t got one then you are probably missing out on all those readers that would be interested in your subject. Internet users love blogs and when they find one that they really like then they keep coming back. The search engines also like those blogs. They realize that it’s the blogs that have the most current information, and information that is always changing too.

Decide on the best Blogger Platform - First you need to decide which blogging platform you are going to use. You can either use Blogger or WordPress. There is a lot of competition between the two platforms and each has its own advantages. The best way to decide is to go to the sites and see which gives you the most benefits. You can always change your content from one platform to the other at a different time.

Figure out what you are interested in and blog about that. Choosing the platform is just the first step, but the most important step is figuring out what you want to blog about. You need to keep your blog in keeping with something that you are passionate about. This will keep you working on your blog throughout the years and keep you interested in up keeping it.

Bloggers that are passionate and love their hobbie and their field love to exchange information with their readers, and want to continually interact with their readers for years to come. When you choose to blog about subjects that you have no real interest in, then you lose interest and your blog loses readers.

Be one of the best - There are lots of bloggers out there but there are some that make between four and five figures a month and you can do the same with effort. You have to become well known among bloggers and you need to have the information that people want.

Starting the blog is just the beginning - the real work starts when you have to start adding stuff to your site. The value of your blog to readers is what makes your blog interesting and effective. It is so important that you continually add content and information that can be valued by your readers. This is like your own online newsletter or newspaper, and that means you either need to post daily or every other day.

Once you have started the blog you need to learn to get traffic to it. Getting it up is easy, and its even easy to add some content, but getting traffic to keep coming back can be a little tricky and you need to keep on top of things. Read as much as you can about driving traffic to your site and getting your readers to stay there.

by Jamie Gilmore

There are thousands of government auctions, held every day, and hundreds of websites dealing with the subject. It can be a real pain dealing with all the ins and outs and hoops and loops of these sites, so I wanted to explain the best way to navigate them, which ones are scams, and which ones you can manipulate to get what you want out of them.

Many of the government and police auction sites out there are ‘membership sites’. These membership sites short view monthly for their services, like any regular pay site. These sites became very popular because most of the government auction sites before them were sites maintained by hundreds of different independent government agencies. They make government and police auctions a breeze to take advantage of compared to their predecessors.

Just like anything else, there’s the good, the bad, and the ugly. Many of these government auction membership sites will simply take your money. There or however a few ways to tell the good from the bad. Check to see if the auction listings on the site current? No sense bidding on an auction that ended yesterday! Check and make sure that all the listings on the site are up to date, and see if the listings on their site are complete.

You want to make sure they give you every detail about the particular government auction. Do they lists exactly what the product is, its condition, where it came from, and how long it’s been in state custody? If their listings aren’t complete, you should avoid that site. Another thing to look for his contact information. Do they have a way to contact them? Is there a phone number, an email, or an address? If you can’t get in touch with them, don’t bother.

Make sure their listings cover not only local police auctions and sheriff auctions, but state, and federal as well. Make sure that federal, state, and local government agencies are listed. Just like anything else you might buy, research any site before you give them your hard-earned money.

Perhaps the best way to find a membership site is to check the reviews. Websites like government auctions site reviews at www.governmentauctionsitereviews.com routinely comb through these sites, check their features and listings, and tell you which ones are worth the money and which should be avoided.

You can Guarantee your advertising results trough science.

by Dennis Gartland II

You can Guarantee your advertising results trough science.

Is it possible to guarantee results form advertising? If you approach advertising as a science instead of an art results are fairly predictable.

In any case this is just an inquiry for the goods or service. This is real evidence your advertising is working and generating a return on investment.

It may less conviction in Copy to make a Consumer write an email, and send it, as it would have taken to influence the same Consumer inquire verbally for the goods advertised, when visiting a store.

The customer may take direct action and order by phone or online. If the customer visits a store there is three times the chance the she will be influenced by competing products. There may be less expensive alternatives or the salesman may earn a higher commission on other products. The copy must stand up to this influence.

The ad that directs consumers to a retail store should have as much conviction in its copy as a successful mail order advertisement. Otherwise lower price and something better sales tactics will affect the consumer.

If the ad fails to convince the consumers with a “Reason why” and conviction it could direct him to a retail store where they are switched to a competing brand, the retailer is overstocked in, or that the salesman prefers. In which case we would be helping our competitor’s bottom line. Half the money spent to keep the brand on people’s minds results in the substitution of non-advertised goods for the advertised through General advertising. The ad must therefore give them a better Reason to buy your goods than he is likely to get from the Salesperson for the competitions goods that Salesman will want to substitute. It must give him this reason in such lucid thought-form that he can comprehend without effort, so impressively that he will believe our reasoning Claims. It must accomplish this in spite of his natural distrust of all Advertisement statements.

Because, if the Advertisement fails to thus fortify the Consumer with “Reason-Why” and conviction, it may simply send him to the Retail Store to be switched on to a competing line of goods with which the Retailer is heavily stocked, or which his Clerks favor the sale of in preference to ours. In that case the Advertising we pay for would sell goods for our non-advertising competitors. Half the money spent to “Keep-the-Name-before-the-People” results to day in this substitution of non-advertised articles for the articles advertised through General Publicity or branding.

In contrast to branding “Reason-Why Advertising” or Salesmanship-on-Paper, results are insured and far more predictable. Consumers need only be convinced one time, through “Reason why advertising” or “Salesmanship- on-paper,” the product or service is best for them and their use.

Because, through General Publicity, his attention had only been “attracted,” not compelled and enduringly impressed with a logical understanding of these qualities. But, when once convinced in advance of purchase, through “Reason-Why” Salesmanship-in- Type, that the qualities claimed for the article do exist in them, he starts using that article with a mental acceptance of these qualities.

We also help his imagination to find and recognize, in the article advertised, the very qualities claimed and proved for it in the Copy. These qualities he might never have discovered for himself, nor appreciated if he had casually discovered them, in a mere Curiosity purchase.

He therefore makes a second, third, and further consecutive purchases of the article as a result of having once read a single convincing Reason Why advertisement about it. This is where large and cumulative profits must come to the General Advertiser-on the second, third and continued purchases by Readers of the first advertisement that reached their Convictions.

The difference in Results from Space in which this direct selling force of “Reason-Why” has been used, and in results from similar space filled with “General Publicity,” is often more than 60 per cent. Conclusive tests on Copy have clearly proved this, and preceding article cites a vivid example of it from actual experience
